Billing and Insurance
Although we are an out-of-network provider at this time, we gladly offer detailed receipts upon request for your convenience. Clients have access to these through the client portal to independently submit to their insurance companies for potential out-of-network reimbursement. Please note that we do not handle direct communications with insurance companies on behalf of our clients. We advise checking with your insurance company to understand your benefits and out-of-network coverage.

Do you accept insurance?
This is a fee for service practice.
How will I be billed for services?
To make the billing process hassle- free, we only accept credit card/HSA/FSA payments. We conveniently bill your credit card at the time of service using our secure client portal. In adherence to the No Surprises Act (NSA), a federal law designed to protect patients from unexpected medical bills, we will provide a Good Faith Estimate (GFE). What is your attendance and cancelation policy?
We require a 24-hours notice to reschedule or cancel an appointment, allowing us to plan and accommodate others in need of our services.
Where will services be provided?
For your convenience, we offer sessions in the comfort of your home or online using a secure and HIPAA-compliant platform. In-person sessions are available to families living in Leesburg, Virginia, and nearby areas, and online sessions are available to families living throughout Virginia and New York states.
What ages do you work with?
We work with children between the ages of 6 months and 36 months.
